Condition
A visual inspection of the plane shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. Some of the logbooks are missing due to multiple owners and are prior to a complete rebuild. The plane has a new prop with only 50 hours that was installed after an engine tear down inspection due to a prop strike while taxiing.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is excellent. The finish is very shiny and there are no areas of missing paint. There are a few scratches here and there as to be expected.
Interior
The seats, carpet, side panels and all interior components are in excellent condition.

This is a certified aircraft (not experimental) which was stripped to the frame and rebuilt/restored to exacting standards by a master craftsman A&P. All AD's are up to date with an airframe AMOC which adds numerous inspection ports and precludes destructive testing, The airplane has excellent paint and glass (9+/10), a fresh annual (April 2017); new low draw LED position/landing lights (337), a generator fed electrical system with VHF/VOR/XPDR, and a cigarette lighter port for a USB charger. 750 hours on the 65HP Lyco engine, which averages 3.5GPH or better @2450RPM=105-110MPH. Custom canopy cover and custom jacks for annual gear swing included; a spare engine is available separately. A very sweet flying and an outstanding retractable gear personal aircraft.
