The airframe is in great condition showing no evidence of any damage. The logbooks are original, complete, well organized and legible, and show no record of any previous damage history.

The overall condition of the exterior is good and the paint has a moderate shine. There are some minor chips, a few scratches and some missing paint as one would expect. The glass is in good condition.

What a rare find this bird is. You can look for a very long time and not find a Wren 460 converted Skylane anywhere. The short field performance is unbelievable. The double slotted flaps and canard wing make it a takeoff and landing dream. This plane has been very well cared for, is IFR equipped and it looks great.
