Visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are complete, original, well organized and legible.
The overall condition exterior is excellent. The finish is very shiny and there are no areas of missing paint. There are no significant scratches, but there are a few minor chips here and there.
The seats are in excellent condition. The carpet inside panels look good and all plastic components look fair.
N735AV is, with the TX Skyways conversion, a 182Q that flies the advertised numbers. It is a terrific IFR platform as the X-country trip I took three years ago from LA to Boston in near solid IMC will attest. I'm selling because vintage British cars has caught my fancy and I can't devote enough time to both flying and restoration. Kim
This 1977 Cessna Skylane with a 285hp Texas Skyways Conversion is an awesome plane and a rare find! It has low total time, no airframe damage history and comes with a complete set of original logs. The massive 285 horsepower engine has low time since major overhaul and runs great. The plane has a fantastic IFR panel that includes a Garmin GTN650, an Aspen electronic flight display and more. The aircraft looks sweet and is ready to go. If you are looking for a workhorse that is loaded with power and can take a heavy load over long distances, this is your chance. At this price, it will not be available for very long, so be sure to contact us right away!
