Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are original, complete, well organized and legible. In 2013, the aircraft sustained minor damage as a result of a ground incident. A pilot was hand propping a Cessna 150 on the ramp and lost control allowing it to collide with the A36. There was damage to the left wing, left elevator and vertical stabilizer. All repairs were professionally done and fully documented. The aircraft has no other known damage history.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is excellent. The finish has a moderate shine and there are no areas of missing paint. There are a few minor scratches as to be expected.
Interior
The seats and all plastic components are in excellent condition. The carpet and side panels look good.

My brother and I, along with a friend, purchased this great airplane from a doctor in Columbus Ohio about four years ago. We used it for business and personal use and have absolutely loved owning it. This Bonanza A36 is an awesome airplane! It has a solid airframe with a good maintenance history and comes with a complete set of original logs. The engine was just overhauled by Signature Engines and has a remaining warranty. It is IFR equipped with a great set of late model Garmin Avionics.
