Condition

A visual inspection of the airplane shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are original, complete, well organized, legible and make no reference to any airframe damage history.

Exterior

The overall condition of the exterior is excellent. The finish is very shiny and there are no areas of missing paint. There are no noticeable chips or scratches anywhere on the airplane.

The seats, carpet, side panels and all plastic components are in good condition.

Message From the Owner

I have been the sole owner and pilot of this aircraft since 2003. She has been completely refurbished in and out, routinely updated, meticulously maintained and always hangared. The 72 gal fuel tank, turbo, pressurized mags and O2 system give her almost 6 hours of range, flying comfortably in the mid-teens @ 12 gph and 150-155 kts. true. She comes with state of the art avionics, and with Bluetooth tablet/smartphone interface and Sirius/XM stereo. She has certainly not been a money pit, and has been a joy to own and fly, efficiently and economically, coast to coast. Although she is nearing TBO by the numbers, she had a mid-time top-end overhaul with 6 new Continental cylinders, still has compessions in the 60s, burns 1 quart per 50 hours, and is surely good for another couple of hundred hours before her date with the engine shop. It breaks my heart to sell her, but since I retired, I am just not flying her enough to justify the fixed costs of hangar rent, insurance and annual. Someone will be getting a great aircraft here!

To say that this 1983 Turbo Arrow IV is AMAZING, is an understatement. It has low airframe time with no damage history, a fantastic maintenance history and comes with a complete set of original logs. It is loaded beyond belief with numerous avionics and equipment upgrades . No detail has been ignored. If you are looking for an "over the top" award winning retractable that is a blast to fly and turns heads everywhere it goes, this is your plane.
