Message From the Owner

I am only the second Owner of this Cessna R172K Hawk XPII - N9632V! I purchased from the original Owner in 1997 in Indiana. This is the second Hawk XPII I have owned - the first being a float-configured Hawk XPII while stationed in Alaska with the US Army. My family and I have flown 32V from the Rocky Mountains to all points east, up and down the east coast, mostly to South Carolina to visit family but also to New York for college football games as well as the Bahamas. 32V was instrumental in my dating and marrying my Bride, so much so that the Potomac Approach controllers knew N9632V due to the almost airline schedule-like IFR departures every Friday afternoon from Maryland to South Carolina to spend the weekend with her. My boys took their first airplane rides in 32V and I called her our Magic Carpet for our family adventures! 32V never let us down over the years with an 100% up time rating bringing us home safely. While earning my IFR rating in the early 2000's, I wanted the safest plane possible so invested in then State-of-Art Garmin 430 WAAS avionics and an STec 30 autopilot with Altitude Hold that still does the job magnificently today. My wife and I face college expenses for two boys in a few years and need to bolster the college savings. It is time to hand N9632V to a new Owner to fly and enjoy!

This 1977 Cessna 172 Hawk XP with the Isham 210HP conversion is a great find! The airframe has very low hours, has been well maintained and comes wiht a complete set of original logs. The engine has very low time since a factory overhaul and is running strong. The plane is IFR equipped with a Garmin 430WAAS, a 340 audio panel, a GTX327 transponder, an S-tec auto pilot with altitude hold and much more. If you are looking for a Skyhawk on steroids that is well equipped and poised to provide years of reliable service, this is your chance. At this price, it will not be available for very long, so be sure to contact us right away!
