Condition

A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The original aircraft, propeller, and engine logs were destroyed by fire April 11, 1996 in the Belvidere Airmotive, Inc. maintenance hangar. At aircraft tachometer reading 1626.7 the engine was removed for overhaul. This time is documented as engine total time when removed, reflected in the new engine log that was sitting in the test cell with the engine and not destroyed by fire. The aircraft had been moved to the owner's hangar awaiting the engine to be reinstalled and not involved in the fire. The aircraft remained untouched in storage until March 2016. The original tachometer remains in the aircraft with 1626.7 displayed. The propeller was destroyed in the fire and is being replaced with a new McCauley Black Mac 3 blade STC kit.

Exterior

The overall condition is good. The finish has a moderate shine with a few minor chips and scratches as to be expected.

Interior

The seats are in excellent condition. The carpet is rated as good while the side panels and all plastic components are rated as fair.
