Buyer Assistance Agreement

This agreement entered into by and between Virtual Airplane Broker, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, hereafter referred to as (Company) and AIRCRAFT BUYER NAME , STREET CITY, ZIP, hereafter referred to as (Aircraft Buyer) on this date, May 11, 2025.

Company agrees to assist Aircraft Buyer with the purchase and acquisition of a currently undefined aircraft suitable to, located and selected by the Aircraft Buyer by providing a web-based, personal aircraft acquisition support service as described in Company website. Aircraft acquisition support shall be provided by Company in the following areas:

• Identification and selection of type, category, class, make, model and year range of aircraft.
• Evaluation of aircraft ownership mission goals including load, range, equipment, condition and budget.
• Review of Aircraft Buyer selected purchase candidates including value and fit for mission.
• Price negotiations with prospective seller.
• Review of aircraft maintenance history as provided by prospective aircraft seller.
• Finance, insurance, title and sale paperwork.
• Pre-purchase inspection conduct including review of results.
• Funding and delivery

Aircraft Buyer agrees to pay a one time, non- refundable successful acquisition fee deposit in the amount of $1000. Aircraft Buyer also agrees to pay for any additional aircraft search tools as administered by company and as approved by Aircraft Buyer. Further, in the event of a successful purchase at any time during the term of the this agreement and including a time period ending 30 days after cancellation of this agreement, Aircraft Buyer shall pay Company a successful acquisition fee in the amount of four percent (4%) of the final purchase price of the Aircraft Buyer selected aircraft with a minimum fee of $2,500. Previously paid account service fee deposit shall apply toward the successful acquisition fee.

The term of this agreement shall begin upon Aircraft Buyer's acceptance of this agreement and shall continue until either cancelled by Aircraft Buyer in writing via email or upon the completion of purchase of the Aircraft Buyer selected aircraft.

Aircraft Buyer agrees that Company makes no guarantee with regard to any prospective seller's ability to perform.

This agreement is subject to applicable laws of the state of California.
