Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious sign of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are original, complete, comprehensive, well organized, legible and make no reference to any previous airframe damage.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is excellent. The finish is very shiny and there are no areas of missing paint. There are some minor chips and a few scratches here and there as to be expected.
Interior
The seats, carpet, side panels and all plastic components are all in excellent comdition.

I bought this airplane in 2005 from Tom's Aircraft in Long Beach CA. This has been a great utility airplane, and all weather flyer with full de-ice and weather radar. My wife and I have enjoyed this airplane which is perfect for trips from LA to Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Diego. While things in life change, I am hoping someone can enjoy this airplane as much as I have. This airplane has always been hangared and well cared for. Al.
This 1976 Baron 58P is an outstanding aircraft! The airframe is solid, has been well maintained, with no damage history and comes with a complete set of original logs. The engines have just a touch over 1100 hours since a factory overhaul and are running strong. The plane is IFR equipped with some very nice extras that include an Aspen Flight Display, weather avoidance, graphic engine monitors and an awesome auto pilot with a flight director. The paint and leather, club seat interior look fantastic. If you are looking to travel fast, high, and in pressurized comfort without spending a fortune, this sweet Baron is for you. At this price, it will not be available for very long, so be sure to contact us right away!
