Message From the Owner

Plane has been hangared all it's life with Zero damage history All AD's are compliant on aircraft and engine as of March 2005 Last Annual was March 2005 with compressions as follows: #1 - 76/80, #3 - 75/80, #2 - 70/80, #4 - 76/80 AD #98-02-08 required crankshaft inspection by Lycoming SB 505B -- Pitting of Crankshaft was found, Fluorescent penetrant inspection performed and found no cracks. This plane is a head turner and every airport I flew into i was always greeted by someone at the FBO trying to figure our what kind it was. The aircraft was painted by Perfect Finish in Hamilton, OH the right way. She sits tall and the forward visibility in cruise is amazing; better than the Cessna 172. I have had her in and out of grass strips with the powerful 180 hp engine and taken her on cross-country flights without any regret. My job doesn't permit me the time to fly the airplane, yes it is that plane and simple. I hope someone else can find some enjoyment -- she deserves to fly. Always willing to chat about other details - serious inquiries only please. Thanks for looking, Chris
