Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The logbooks begin in 1981 and are complete since that date. The original logbook prior to 1981 has been lost. The owner is not aware of any major damage history.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is excellent. The finish is very shiny and there are no areas of missing paint. There are no noticeable chips or scratches anywhere on the airplane.
Interior
The seats, carpet, side panels and all plastic components are in good condition.

I am moving to San Diego and plan to replace the plane with a sailboat. It has been a wonderful airplane and will miss flying it.
This Beechcraft Bonanza V35 is a great value! It has a fantastic maintenance history and is flown regularly. It is IFR equipped, including a King digital nav-com and an S-TEC 50 autopilot system with altitude hold. The paint and interior look very nice and the aircraft is ready to go.
