Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage history. The owners states that in 2007, the aircraft was backed into a hangar post, which resulted in damage to the stabilator and tail. Repairs were professionally made with all proper documentation. We are not aware of any other damage history. The logbooks are complete, original, well organized and legible.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is excellent. The finish is very shiny and there are no areas of missing paint. There are no noticeable chips or scratches anywhere on the aircraft.
Interior
The seats, carpet, side panels and all plastic components are in excellent condition.

This Cherokee 140 is a beautiful airplane! It has a solid maintenance history and comes with a complete set of original logs. It is IFR equipped and although the engine is past TBO, it has had recent new cylinders and is running strong. The paint and interior look fantastic and the plane is ready to fly anywhere.
