Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are original, complete, well organized and legible.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is fair. The finish is chalky in appearance and there are some areas of missing paint. There are a few scratches and a moderate number of chips as to be expected.
Interior
The seats, carpet and side panels look good. The interior plastic components are in fair condition.

The paint and interior of this airplane are original, and do show signs of wear. It has been hangared since I bought it 26 years ago. I would keep it, but over the last few years I've found that aviation has become too expensive for me, so I reluctantly have decided to let it go. I hope the next owner puts it to use and enjoys it. ~Dave
This 1973 Cherokee Six is an awesome find! It has very low total hours and comes with a complete set of original logs. The engine has low time since overhaul and is running great. The aircraft is IFR equipped with King digital radios and an auto pilot. The paint and interior are mostly original and look respectable. If you are looking for a long range plane that can carry six people comfortably, this one could be for you. At this price, it will not be available for very long, so be sure to contact us right away!
