Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The original logbooks were lost with new ones started in 1996 and are complete from that time to current.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is good. The finish is hazy with little to no shine. There are some areas of missing paint as well as a moderate amount of chips and scratches.
Interior
The seats, carpet and side panels are in excellent condition and the plastic component look good.

I bought the plane over a year ago from the owner at a small airport west Van Nuys. I used it to work on obtaining my private pilot certificate and really enjoyed the time I spent flying it. Unfortunately, I just do not have the time to commit to flying and have therefore decided to sell. I am certain the next owner will enjoy it because it is a nice flying aircraft. ~Bill
This Cherokee 140 is a great value. The airframe has low hours and although the engine has high time, it is running strong. The plane is IFR equipped with Narco radios.
