Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are original, complete, well organized, legible and make no reference to any previous airframe damage history.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is good. The finish has a moderate shine and there are no areas of missing paint. There are a few minor chips here and there as to be expected.
Interior
The seats, carpet and all plastic components are in excellent condition. The side panels look fair.

I am the 4th owner of this fine aircraft, the previous 3 all being based in the Phoenix, Arizona area! Many improvements have been made during my 3 years of ownership and the next owner will enjoy her as I have. The airplane was delivered from Wichita directly to Arizona ad never left the dry climate! This Bonanza has G5’s and is ADS-B compliant! Enjoy!!
This 1976 Beechcraft V35B is an awesome find! It has a solid airframe with a great maintenance history and comes with a complete set of original logs. The Gold medallion engine has lot's of life left and is running strong. The aircraft has an awesome IFR panels with lots of Garmin goodies including a GNS530W, a GNS430, a GTX345 transponder with ADS-B in and out as well as a pair of G5 electronic flight displays. It also had an S-TEC autopilot with altitude hold and is loaded with many extras. If you are looking for a really nice Beech that is loaded up with equipment without breaking the bank, this is your chance.
