Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are original, complete, well organized, legible and make no reference to any airframe damage history.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is good. The finish has a moderate shine with some small areas of missing paint. There are a few minor chips and scratches as to be expected.
Interior
The seats, carpet and side panels are in good condition. The plastic components are fair.

I have taken excellent care of the aircraft during the time I have owned it. Excellent IFR platform, and already compliant with the FAA ADSB mandate. I have not been able to use it as frequently as I would like, so I have made the decision to sell it.
This 1976 Piper Archer is a great buy! The airframe is solid, has no known damage history and it comes with a complete set of original logs. The engine has low hours and runs strong. The plane has an awesome IFR panel that includes a Garmin GTN650 GPS/Nav/Com, a G5 EFIS, a 2020 compliant transponder and more.
