Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are original, complete, well-organized, legible and no reference to any previous airframe damage history was observed.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is excellent. The finish is very shiny with no areas of missing paint. There are no noticeable chips or scratches anywhere on the aircraft.
Interior
The seats, carpet, side paneles and all plastic components are rated as excellent.

This aircraft was purchased by Lane Community College as a training aircraft. As it cannot be used for commercial training we have decided to upgrade our fleet and sell this aircraft.
This late-model, 2014 RV-12 is an awesome find! The airframe is solid, with low total time and it comes with a complete set of original logs. The engine is mid-time since brand new and runs strong. The plane is well-equipped with avionics and the cosmetics are great. If you are looking for a nice RV without spending big money, this is your chance.
