Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious sign of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are original, complete, well organized, legible and make no reference of any previous airframe damage.
Exterior
The overall condition of the exterior is good. The finish has a moderate shine with no noticeable chips, a few scratches here and there and no areas of missing paint.

The seats and carpet are in fair condition, and the side panels and plastic components look good.
Message From the Owner
The aircraft is factory built and was the demo plane at Oshkosh and Sun N Fun. I purchased it in 2011 when I lived in Costa Rica for my own personal transportation. Shortly thereafter, my wife and I moved to the DC area. After battling some medical issues and concluding that I had no practical use for a plane, I decided to sell. My loss is definitely your gain.
This factory built Foxtrot 4 is an absolutely incredible airplane. It is the ultimate go-fast, long range, four seater. It has very low time on the airframe and engine, comes with complete, original logs and has no damage history. The Garmin IFR package is complete with a Dynon Multi function display for primary flight information. If you are looking for a well equipped, fuel efficient, speed demon without spending a lot of cash, here is your chance.
